About Arrow Labs

Arrow Labs LLC is an independent product lab in Texas. We build automation for small and mid-sized businesses, and we run the products we build.

Small businesses carry the same paperwork, security rules and marketing load as large companies, without the staff. We pick one of those chores at a time, build software that does it, and keep improving it with the people who use it. Each one starts as an experiment and earns its place on the bench.

What we hold ourselves to

• Plain language. If an owner can't explain what our software does after five minutes, we built it wrong.
• Secure by default. Everything we ship follows the same security standards we help our customers meet: encrypted, access-controlled and kept up to date.
• You own your data. Your records stay yours, and you can take them with you.
• No invented numbers. We publish results when we have measured them, not before.

How we work
