Now4 experiments on the bench

Built in a lab. Made for Main Street.

Arrow Labs is an independent product lab for small and mid-sized businesses. We take the work that eats your week, like compliance paperwork, the website and the weekly posts, and build systems that do it for you.

The experiments

Four chores small businesses shouldn't do by hand.

Every experiment starts with a job that steals hours from an owner's week. We build until that job runs on its own, then we keep it running.

EXP-01 Live

PCI DSS compliance, automated

Zoulty Sentinel turns PCI DSS v4.0.1 into a plan a small merchant can actually finish: the right questionnaire, the evidence, the reminders, all in plain language.

  • Every merchant type, SAQ A through D
  • Requirements tracked with evidence and due dates
  • An AI assistant that reads your setup and explains what applies

EXP-02 Live

A website from one WhatsApp chat

Tell our bot your business name, what you do and the look you like. We build the site, connect your domain and put it online. No forms to fill, no page builder to learn, no agency retainer.

  • Built over WhatsApp, in English or Spanish
  • Your own domain, hosting and security handled
  • Search basics in place from day one

Social media that posts itself

A content engine that plans, writes and schedules posts for your social networks in your brand's voice. Your feed stays active while you run the business.

  • A content plan for every week
  • Posts scheduled across your networks
  • A monthly look at what's working

Custom systems, built to fit

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit how you work, we build the system that does. You get software shaped around your operation, hosted and maintained by the people who wrote it.

  • Bookings, operations, reporting: one system
  • Phone-first tools for the people in the field
  • You own your data, always

One system instead of five apps.

Our latest commission: a complete operating system for a service company. Customers book, crews do the work, and the owner sees all of it, in one place.

For customers

Reserve in a minute

  • Pick a service, a date and a time
  • Instant confirmation
  • No phone tag
For the field team

Know the job, log the work

  • Today's jobs on the phone
  • Track progress on site
  • Close the job when it's done
For the owner

See everything

  • Every booking, crew and job
  • What's done and what's late
  • One admin, one source of truth

Running bookings, crews and reports across separate tools? This is the kind of system we build.

How the lab works

Try, measure, point somewhere better.

A lab doesn't guess. Every build goes through the same four steps, and the last one loops back to the first.

  1. Step 1

    Observe

We sit with the chore first. Who does it, how long it takes, where it breaks.

  2. Step 2

    Prototype

You get something you can click early, built on your real data, not a slide deck.

  3. Step 3

    Ship

We put it in production, hosted, monitored and secured, and train the people who use it.

  4. Step 4

    Iterate

We watch how it's used and keep improving it. Then we go back to step one.

Secure by default, because compliance is where we started.Everything we ship follows the same security standards we help our customers meet: encrypted, access-controlled and kept up to date.

Why "Arrow Labs"

I've drawn arrows since I was a kid.

An arrow is an attempt. It points somewhere, and if it misses, you draw another one in a different direction. That's how I like to build: try, measure, try again.

I called it a lab because this is a place to experiment. Some ideas become products, some become a system for one business, and the best ones go back to the community that inspired them.

Arrow Labs is what I'm building for the small businesses I work with, for the community around them, and for the generations that come after us.
